I have a keen passion for finance. When most kids wanted to be police officers or fighter pilots, I wanted to be an accountant who helped people with their finances. I never followed through with being an accountant, however since 2006 I have been in finance and banking helping people. Essentially this is my childhood dream come true.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family. I am a regular on the Brisbane River Loop. I have recently taken up running - my eldest daughter wants me to do a marathon with her. For me time, I enjoy pumping for pinkies and casting a line.
I was fortunate to spend nearly a year living in Japan studying tea ceremony (sadō 茶道). I appreciated the rituals associated with tea ceremony and the embedded belief in life long learning.
